As part of the London 2012 redevelopment and improvement of neighbourhoods around the Olympic Park, Spacedout Architects won the competition to build a number of new homes on the site of a disused pub car-park. This new-build provided 5 two-bedroom flats and 1 three-bedroom flat in an area sorely in need of additional housing.
