Rodrigues Associates worked with Lynch Architects in an ecologically sensitive area of outstanding natural beauty on the North Norfolk coast. An artist’s villa was constructed amongst fresh and saltwater marshlands. The design seeks to explore the building's relationship with the landscape and the marsh view without interrupting the natural fluctuations of fresh and salt water on the surrounding land.
